METRONOMY + FOOL'S GOLD MEGA POST

Metronomy & Fool's Gold are performing in Vancouver tonight, October 13th, 2009.

This promises to be an absolutely fantastic evening. Metronomy have been one of our long time faves ever on radiozero (see the past 6 YEARS PLAYLISTS), and Fool's Gold are turning out to be one of our newest favorite bands.

To celebrate I've recorded Metronomy's "You Could Easily Have Me" EP off the original vinyl. It was limited to 500 copies and stands as one of my favorite 12"s that I own. 3 of the tracks never saw a digital release (as far as I know) so you're getting a bunch of bonus material here.

I've gone and put it in a .zip file with scans of the album art and all four songs.

METRONOMY - YOU COULD EASILY HAVE ME (EP).zip

Tracklisting:
Metronomy - You Could Easily Have Me
Metronomy - Another Me To Mother You
Metronomy - Black Eye/Burnt Thumb
Metronomy - The Loss Of A Wheel (pt 2)

Here are a couple newer singles as well.

Metronomy - Do The Right Thing

Metronomy - Not Made For Love (Alalal Remix)
Metronomy - Do The Right Thing (wild Geese Remix)

+++ Bonus +++

Sebastian Tellier - La Ritournelle (Metronomy Remix)

Which was featured in the ol original Bush League Sessions Mixtape

And Fool's Gold are opening the show. We are so psyched for this band. Here are two songs from them:

Fool's Gold - Surprise Hotel
Fool's Gold - Night Dancing
